	Innovative Programming Associates, Inc. (IPA) exists to serve the needs of persons receiving residential and outpatient treatment. It is our mission to offer a comprehensive array of services that will secure quality outcomes in satisfaction, health, and safety, system performance, and service delivery and customer satisfaction.
